When we hold on to an outcome, we often stifle it out of existence. Not only that, but the experience of it is not pleasurable, because there's always this undertow of worry surrounding it. What if you could (and you can) let go out the outcome? What if by doing so, it came to you faster than you could ever imagine? In this episode we'll go over a simple practice of allowing.

Questions to ponder:

• What is the life you want to live? 
• What are the forces outside of you that are influencing your decision to live that life?
• Looking at their experiences of life, is that the experience you also want to have?
• What is one thing you can do to start going after that life that you desire? Do it.
