With the art's council closing finding itself closing, the staff finds itself wrapping up a few loose ends as they prepare for the unknown.

As the arts council struggles to bounce back from the failed deal to get a movie studio to move into the state, they find a new stately threat has risen to question their existence.

With the office in disarray and files piling up along with new secretaries not working out. Hook finds himself at loss for what to do, especially when his party finds out and moves forward budgetary meetings with the state so they can find out what's going on.

Art commissioner Morgan Hook needs change and change he will get, but Alice Jacob's will remain. His sights fall onto his secretary Lawrence Young and other staff but mostly on Lawrence.

Things are going well, slightly, at the Art Council office when the red button is discovered and pressed. While this is happening they're also trying to install an art colony in a friendly area so they can have a budget.

The budget becomes threatened when an art gallery opening causes discord at the art council.

This time the crew has settled a bit into the life of office work at the art council. However, they still don't have a budget and Hook wants to shuffle things about with the discovery of a red button.

A new arts council president has been named, but he isn't the typical appointee in the form of a busy state legislature member Morgan Hook. He is also noted as man who doesn't know much about art by everyone who knows him.
