On this episode of Running Through The Garden we talk to the Dolan brothers, Tim and Sean. They take us through how their father, a legendary coach in the state of New Jersey, let them try multiple sports and follow their passions rather than forcing them into running. Luckily their passion eventually guided them both into the sport and they have flourished ever since. They hold the DMR record at the historic Penn Relays and finished as high up as third place at the XC meet of champions. Tim and Sean walk us through their college decisions and shed some light on how they ended up at UPenn and Villanova respectively. We hear about the ways in which they used the quarantine to grow as runners and we hear about how that time paid off big for them. After being paced in the 800 by Tim, Sean managed to qualify for the US Olympic Trials and went on to race some huge names there. He gives us insight into that experience and much more. We can't wait to see what the future holds for this duo and we hope you enjoy this episode.
