Jacob and Melody talk about their experiences of running with buffalo (bison), mineral water recovery methods, and cross training, all absolute necessities if they are going to run 100 miles in just a few months . The drama gets real as they even go into the highs and lows of running such extreme lengths as a newly married couple.
