In this episode 4 - we dig into Steve Rose's personal story. From growing up with a very young single Mum in the U.K. to a sailing expedition across the world, then an adventurous spirit led him to drugs, alcohol and sex addiction taking Steve through many careers, relationships and massive breakdowns.

Steve has been to the bottom of the barrel and gone onto to seek within to find such wisdom through spirituality, meditation and becoming an integrative therapist plus recently starting to become a digital marketer and host his own podcast called "Conversations with Steve".

We start with Leon's family heritage and upbringing on a rural cattle property and facing immense challenges of ongoing accidents throughout his entire life, losing his dear father to suicide, having broke his back in a helicopter crash therefore having to re-shape his identity, dig his way out of a very dark space and realise why these patterns have occurred for Leon in life & why they have also been such a blessing. Sadly after Emma's mum leaving this world Emma faced challenges around depression and anxiety. The greatest part of it all was leading Emma to spirituality, meditation, becoming a qualified yoga instructor in India and her health coaching journey.
