Let’s talk relationships…

Did you know your relationship with your spouse plays a huge role in your business success?

I mean, think about it. You have a fight with your husband the morning of a HUGE work day. You probably are having a hard time concentrating. You are emotional. It’s taking up a lot of headspace and it’s hard for you to show up as your best. You know when you go home the fight is either going to continue…or you will work things out. But the point is…it’s consuming you.

Or maybe you are on a growth journey, reading ALL the books…listening to podcasts, and working on your mindset in order to accomplish a goal. And your husband…well, he just isn’t doing those things. And it is driving you NUTS.

You might even just be looking for some support. Some acknowledgement that what you are doing is important and he sees you and is cheering you on. (Instead of totally discounting you and your dreams).

At the end of the day, you just want to be a team. You want to be on the same page. But you feel disconnected in a way that makes you feel like giving up on your vision altogether.

We decided to title this episode "All big things start with small beginnings" because we know that if you are on a growth journey...the first thing to do is take ONE step.

So what ONE step is pretty important to your journey?

People. Who you surround yourself with. Mentorship. It all matters!

When you are around negative people...it has the potential to suck the joy right out of you!

But when you are surrounded by positive people...it has the potential to change your life.

Tune in for this incredible interview with the one and only, Jessie Jarvis - one of the OG's of western influencers on Instagram. We wanted to know what a day in the life is like for Jessie - how she manages to lead a life on the ranch, be a wife and mom, and own multiple businesses. And what she shared with us was serious GOLD.

Right out of college Jessie was working for the Idaho Cattle Association as their Communications Director and really felt pulled to continue furthering her career, rather than going home to the ranch. However, when her family really needed her...that’s exactly what she did. She went home to the family ranch and has been there ever since.

After that, Jessie started using Instagram (like we all used to) editing pictures and posting cute outfits when out and about. And almost accidentally…and at the perfect time…western fashion on Instagram started to rise. Jessie began building an amazing community that she still has to this day and has since launched “Of the West”, the job platform for agriculture and western industries, serving the United States and Canada.

As we discussed social media and the power it can have…we believe you will be so encouraged and inspired to get out there to use YOUR voice to make a difference in someone else’s life. It really can be a place for GOOD and Jessie definitely embodies that.

Jessie is also a momma…to 4 year old Jhett and 1 year old Jaxyn. Of course we HAD to know how she balances life on the ranch, mommin’ and running a business. If you are a momma that is juggling a million plates, feeling burnt out, or feeling guilty for needing a little extra help…look no further. Listen in to this episode because YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Jessie is one of the most encouraging women you could ever meet and we believe you will feel her cheering you on throughout this entire episode! The biggest piece of advice?
