Lt: Ruta rytą pradėjo atsikėlusi labai anksti.
En: Ruta started her day by waking up very early.

Lt: Šviesa pro langą nušvietė jos kambarį švelniais rudens saulės spinduliais.
En: The light that shone through the window bathed her room with the soft rays of the autumn sun.

Lt: Už lango, nesibaigiantys auksinių kviečių laukai besimaudė šviesoje, o lengvas vėjelis kedeno medžius.
En: Outside the window, endless fields of golden wheat basked in the light, and a gentle breeze rustled the trees.

Lt: Šiandien buvo ypatinga diena – pirmoji mokyklos diena.
En: Today was a special day – the first day of school.

Lt: Ruta sėdėjo virtuvėje su mama Giedre ir broliu Pauliu, gurkšnodama šiltą arbatą.
