He has had a lot of success in developing players, while still making sure to prioritize the love for the game and the fun that comes along with playing it. Coach Garza is one of those great coaches who isn't just in it for the wins and losses, but chooses to be around the game at this level because he knows he can have a positive impact on these players at a pivotal point in their lives. He knows that his coaching can go beyond just hits and home runs, but he can play a role in developing incredible human beings, and that is what college baseball is all about!
