RuthAnne : When it rains look for rainbows

This week I speak to grammy nominated, multi-platinum singer/songwriter, producer and artist, RuthAnne. She’s engaged to Ollie and they live in London with their dog Ruby who they adore. A gifted artist in her own right, she has also penned hits for the likes of Britney, JoJo, Niall Horan, One Direction and John Legend! And as the founder of ‘Irish Women in Harmony’, she and all the incredible people involved in the beautiful cover of The Cranberries classic ‘Dreams’ have raised over €200,000 for the ‘Safe Ireland’ charity. On Monday we had a conversation and she covered so much in it.... from her joy at being pregnant, and also how challenging the past few years have been for her, dealing with the pain of miscarriage and crippling endometriosis; we also speak about her relationship with Ollie, the bond she has with her parents, her music career and the importance of looking after yourself.   She’s grounded and humble, supremely talented and hardworking, and is a strong yet gentle soul…simply put, she’s a gorgeous person and I loved chatting to her.
