2 oz dry London gin (your hosts prefer Beefeater or Plymouth)
6 lime wedges
¾ oz simple syrup
3 thin cucumber slices
4 dashes of Cholula hot sauce
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper

Shake all ingredients with ice and serve unstrained like a Pimm's cup.
