Hola, hivers:
Ayer fue un día muy, pero muy complicado. Trabajé arduamente debido a varias urgencias que debí resolver en el trabajo. Tanto así que terminé desayunando a las 2 pm y no almorcé al regresar a casa, ya que después habría sido pesado entrenar. A pesar de todo, logré entrenar y dimos lo mejor que pudimos.
Por aquí les dejo la rutina:
Di lo mejor de mí ayer, aunque no tenía muchas energías. La Straddle ni siquiera me salió, pero aún así hice mi mayor esfuerzo y sé que eso dará frutos.

Yesterday was a very, very complicated day. I worked hard due to several emergencies I had to take care of at work. So much so that I ended up having breakfast at 2 pm and skipped lunch when I got home, as training would have been difficult afterward. Despite everything, I managed to train and gave it our all.
Here's the routine:
3 sets of one Straddle negative for 5/7/10 seconds.
3 sets of Straddle attempts.
3 sets of two reps of Tuck Press.
3 sets of one 90° pushup.
3 sets of 5 handstand push-ups plus 10 seconds of lean planche.
3 sets of 5 lean planche push-ups plus 15 to 20 seconds of lean planche.
I gave it my all yesterday, even though I didn't have much energy. I couldn't even pull off the straddle, but I still gave it my all, and I know it will pay off.
