¡Hola! comunidad de #3speak, hoy les quiero compartir lo que hice el día de ayer. Empecé la semana pasada a hacer front lever ya que es un estático que quiero mejorar, me resulta un poco complicado de hacerlo, pero ya lo llevó entrenando varias semanas.

Antes de todo es muy importante el calentamiento para no generar futuras lesiones. Realicé un estiramiento a lo tipo Goku, en la nave cuando va a luchar con freezer jajaja😂. Luego hice variaciones de parada de manos, para empezar e ir familiarizando la tensión en mi cuerpo, últimamente me he sentido un poco mejor en mis estáticos. Cabe resaltar que poco a poco le estoy metiendo más amor y empeño a mis estáticos.

Hello #3speak community, today I want to share with you what I did yesterday. I started last week to do front lever as it is a static that I want to improve, I find it a little complicated to do it, but I've been training it for several weeks.

First of all it is very important to warm up so as not to generate future injuries. I did a Goku-like stretching, on the ship when he goes to fight with freezer hahaha😂. Then I did handstand variations, to start and go familiarizing the tension in my body, lately I've been feeling a little better in my static ones. It's worth noting that I'm slowly putting more love and commitment into my statics.
