Una rutina adaptada para principiantes e intermedios, subimos la intensidad usando un elemento extra para dar peso y generar más complejidad, de igual manera son movimientos simples que ponen a trabajar la zona abdominal.

Entrenar no lo es todo, si queremos lograr cambios reales necesitamos mejorar nuestra alimentación, consumiendo alimentos sanos, que a la hora de comer nuestro plato este balanceado. Hidrata tu cuerpo tomando mucha agua y claro, no olvides descansar.
