Welcome to the last episode of season ONE! We wanted to change it up for this one so we channeled our game show energy to bring you (kinda, sorta) rapid-fire questions with team RVRB. We are answering 9 questions from our must-have gear at events to the tension between speed and quality to spilling the tea on which events are our favorite—we cover a lot of ground. If you have never tuned in to our podcast via YouTube, today is the day! Not only does Clark show you basically every piece of gear he's ever used, we also added a lot of fun elements to the video that you are definitely going to want to see! Watch the episode on YouTube HERE.
We're linking out everything we talk about this episode in our show notes so don't forget to grab those at rvrb.cc/podcast.

Today we are joined by Eric Brown the co-founder of Whiteboard and David Martin from Heed PR to talk about a project all three of our agencies collaborated on and are wildly proud of: the Chattanooga mayoral campaign for Kim White.
Though Kim White did not win, our teams were wildly proud of the work we did for her campaign, from the sheer amount of videos made to the fact that we helped her raise more money than any mayoral campaign in Chattanooga's history. On this episode, we break down what it looked like to have three agencies collaborate on such a large scale and what we all learned from this experience.

College recruiting took a hit last year when students could no longer visit campus in person. In 2020 we partnered with Jeff Salyer, the Director of Media Services, and his team at Lee University to help take their biggest recruiting event entirely virtual. In this episode we dive into the thought process behind the event in 2020, the insanity that was successfully virtualizing an event in only 17 days, the things they carried over into the 2021 event, and the opportunity to continue to innovate in the coming year.

Today the RVRB Team is talking about the thing that many creatives hate to hear—systems. Yes, my friends, we are taking on that elusive idea that so many people believe hurt their creativity or that they just don't see enough reason to prioritize making to show you why systems hold a lot of power.
The team members we have on today represent enneagrams 1, 2, 4, and 7 and every single one of us has learned to love systems for different reasons. We dive into why that is, what systems we lean on the most, and dismantle the myth that systems inhibit creativity rather than making you more creative.

Today we are joined by Drew Bedard, the Vice President of Marketing at Bristol Motor Speedway. We dive into why your social engagement or customer service should be just as important as your content, why you really shouldn't have an intern in charge of your communications, and how to effectively engage with fans both in the stadium and out.

Today we are joined by Kassie Epstein, who has been running the social strategy for Gillette Stadium since 2008 (she literally started their social media accounts) and Willy Whitelaw who manages social for the New England Revolution, a Major League Soccer team who's home field is—you guessed it—Gillette Stadium. We discuss how they got their start in social, what they think people should & shouldn't do on social, and so much more.

In this episode, we are joined by our friend Dave Adamson, who is more affectionately known as Aussie Dave. Dave wears so many hats, from social media pastor to YouTube pro. He was formerly part of North Point Church and is currently in roles with Orange Leaders and Fellowship of Israel Related Ministries (FIRM). We brought him on the podcast to teach us all he knows (or at least as much as he can teach us in one podcast) about YouTube. We talk about everything from how to key-word optimize to how to ethically hack to up your ad viewings. Trust us, this is an episode you're going to want to take notes on.
