The scriptures encourages us to be persistent in prayer. When we persist, God opens doors for us as He did for Jabez who cried to him!

The scriptures reminds us that God's mercies are new towards us every morning. God does not gauge us depending on our past mistakes or even how many of our prayers He has answered. When we go to him with genuine and open hearts, we can receive the freshness of his mercies every morning!
