Perhaps like me you were taught that you should not want or desire but just seek the will of God.  Perhaps the thought of wanting something feels unnatural, selfish and self-serving.  Are you accustomed to attending to the needs of others while deferring your own and in your heart believe that it is good to do so? Ok I know you wondering girrrrrrl where have you been?! There are some interruptions that are disruptive but necessary. Well, lets talk about it and get caught up. Lets get set for an amazing second half of season one. So,  tell me, how is your heart?

For the believer success is simply obedience to God. It is not the immediate product of our act(s) of obedience. We often have to wait for the fruit of faithfulness. It is in the wait we become vulnerable to fatigue. Beware of Fatigue.  It will cause:

Forfeiture of future

Forfeiture of the faithfulness

Friendships with anger, confusion, resentment and regret.

Maximizing Opportunities: 

We can have some unrealized options or opportunities due to minimizing, undervaluing, or underestimating abilities. Perhaps we have not sought out creative options, or perhaps have feared or believed in a lie. 

Prayer points:

1. Perception- to see what is already there and insight to see possibilities with what you already have.

2. Vision- to see clearly what is forecasted by God.

Lets talk college and career with Travis Robinson. This is an intersting conversation for parents as well as those who feel dis-satisfied in their curreent career path.

Travis graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho in July of 2019 with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout college he never connected with engineering, which led him to leave the path to a master’s in engineering program. He is currently pursuing experience in sales to prepare for a transition into new opportunities, while hosting and producing 'The Everyday Worker Podcast'. DL Rudd (Donna) is from the Chicago area. A photographer by trade, as well as a creative artist, using mixed media, watercolor and drawing.

She has worked in the non-profit arena, as an Administrator at church, and at a local women's shelter for pregnant women.

DL enjoys speaking with Women's groups, at  bible studies, conferences, local church events and retreats.

Currently a Grief Share leader to help those who have lost a loved one via death, helping them to walk through the path as they grow in strength through the power of God.
