This week's guest is Ryan Demorest of Cascade Maverik Lacrosse. Ryan is the Partnerships and Promotions Manager, meaning he works with teams and other organizations who are going a step beyond being regular customers. That includes working with college teams in doing their special edition helmets, professional leagues, US Lacrosse and others. He goes into some detail to better understand where Cascade Maverik fits into the growth equation of how and where lacrosse is going to be next. He also describes working with their partners to develop newer and better products.
