Ellen Bell is passionate about local history. She is the author of the book, “Irvine: Images of America” and a member of the Irvine Historical Society, currently serving as president. Bell writes a local travel blog, OC Day Tripper, is a contributing writer for the Orange County Register, and, for several seasons, was known as “The Afternoon Angel,” the name of her fan blog on the OCRegister.com sports page.

On Wednesday afternoons, she hosts a weekly radio program at KUCI 88.9FM called “Vintage Orange” where she chats with local historians, authors and Orange County pioneers. Ellen Bell joins us to discuss how Social Media is influencing history. Tune in and “Get Notified”.
