Dr. Robb Kelly is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. With Multiple degrees and countless amounts of certifications in recovery, addiction and how the human mind works, he has proven that he has more than just fancy titles and degrees. He has weight and depth in his field of expertise. From homelessness to bare knuckle backstreet fights just to stay alive he has seen it all. Now he is on a mission with a passion to not only understand the root of addiction but fully heal others with the same underlining issues that we all constantly fight. Trauma: The gateway drug. In this episode I talk with Joshua Shea about addictions and them many root problem that causes them. This was a very fun and insightful episode and I'm so grateful to have had the chance to speak with and learn from Joshua. Joshua and I come from very different backgrounds and ideology but we were able to have a very open and honest conversation about the whole topic, and I was shocked to learn some of the startling statistics of porn addiction in the U.S. and the impact it has had on the younger generations, especially during the recent 2020-2022 pandemic.
