Ryan Talks Rock

A power outage couldn't stop George and Ryan from finding out what the Red Skull planned to do with the jewel of Odin's treasure room. We are transported back to the 1930s where our boys are fighting to win a war with the Nazis. The super soldier program finally has the right candidate, Steve Rogers! With the help of General Tommy Lee Jones, Agent Peggy Carter, Howard Stark, The Howling Comandos, and his best friend Bucky we find out how Captain America became the first Avenger.

Ryan and George are talking all things god of thunder and we're not talking about Gene Simmons. We have so many questions about the origin story of the MCU's hammer wielding Norse god, most importantly why are his eyebrows blonde? Could they have done more with the Hawkeye character? Does Chris Hemsworth know how to run? Should you be worthy, lift Mjolnir and summon the lightning, here we go.

George takes Ryan to task in his defense of the incredible yet flawed sequel to the movie that birthed the MCU as we know it. We ask the hard hitting questions about whether or not the story of Iron Man part deux is worth telling? With Russian Mickey Rourke, the first appearance of Black Widow, and the creation of a new element this movie has it all. Which film will win in this epic throwdown?

In the next episode of Ryan Talks Rock and sometimes movies, Ryan and George dive head first into research facility loaded with a lethal dose of gamma radiation. We discuss both the Eric Bana Hulk (2003) movie and the Edward Norton Hulk (2008) movie in this epic rage filled throwdown. Who will win this titanic battle?

Rybone returns but instead of musically grounded episode the show re-emerges with a deep dive into 2008's film Iron Man. Ol' Georgie boy joins the show to launch a fun new series of bonus episodes that for now will be focusing on the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Grab your cheeseburgers and don't forget about the de-icing problem because there's no turning back now!

Ryan is back with a bunch of tunes to discuss. Ryan talks about his favorite Amazon Prime shows and the Green Bay Packers. Lastly we find out what the plans are for the next installment of Ryan Talks Rock.
