Ryder has spent most of his life facilitating and inspiring people around him to be the best version of themselves. Passionate about vulnerability, masculinity, mental health and having genuine conversations which is exactly what happened in this episode. This one really gives some good tips on how you can look after yourself, better support your mates and not worry about living up to unrealistic expectations and stereotypes that society places on us.
