anger. it's this feeling that comes on so quickly and so unexpectedly that we end up just having to deal with it. there's healthy ways, and there are unhealthy ways to cope with anger. when it usually doesn't have a reason, it's gotta be something deeper, and it's usually pented up agression we find ourselves dealing with later on down the road. importantly, there are ways to make such a sudden feeling subside, and luckily writing and transmuting an unknown anger or frustration into a book can be quite therapeutic. other things like music, or humor can be that temporary fix if a creative block manages to happen.
