Last episode we looked at young men who were classified as drowning victims in Pennsylvania, this episode we explore other victims also found deceased in waterways in several different states. Is this the work of a domestic terrorist cell or were these 680 plus young men all with attributes that are very similiar to each other just careless drunks who accidentally fell in to bodies of water and drowned due to their inxtoxication?
