Communication in our relationship is one of the most foundational aspects we share.  Some times our communication is nagging, directing or just talking at the person we share life with.  Other times we think we already know what the other person is going to say so we might make assumptions, not listen, or become resistant.  Sonia and I are choosing to revisit communication because we started to notice that as we both are growing our communication was running into issues.  

Our invitation this season is to step into communication from your langue of love.  As always we are so excited to share what we figured out in our relationship with each of you and we welcome you to share as well.
