Knowing that you are not alone, when it comes to how you feel, the stress, or tiredness or just the enjoyment of every day with your special child. Finding moms that understand how you feel, even when you feel that no one else feels the same way, but they do. 

This week is talking about self care and what self care looks like when it comes to being a parent to a special needs child.

On this weeks episode of Mom Chat we have Mom, Jess Treen with us  who will be talking about her story with her daughter Elora, who has a very rare genetic disorder known as NGLY1.

For the month of May, I decide to do this weeks episode related to Mental Health Awareness Month. This week we are going to be talking about the anxiety that most special needs moms feel when it comes to a day to day basis.  And I am here to spill a little bite about my life and what anxiety looks like for me.
