Today I’m having a big, heartfelt chat with Sophie Cachia. Like myself, Soph realised in her 20s that she was attracted to women, and bravely let this truth change her life accordingly. I can wholeheartedly say that the approach she takes towards letting the truth change and enrich her life, is inspiring others to stand taller and change theirs, too.

Today we are talking about our “coming out” experiences, navigating other’s opinions and beliefs about the LGBTQIA+ community, the freedom of being with a woman, and dealing with judgement surrounding someone standing up and being completely and authentically themselves.
