Sometimes we forget our core needs as human beings because life gets so hectic. This is when our basic needs such as sleep, nutrition and emotional regulation get placed on the back burner and we end up running on fumes.
We get stuck in the survival spiral and jumping back on the "thrival" wheel seems so out of reach.
We take care of everyone else while putting ourselves last, forgetting that we too are important. And are needs are also a priority.
It’s time to go back to the basics and break the cycle.
