As we continue with our month of LOVE theme ''love is the only way'',  today's topic is pursuing wholeness over perfection. I am joined by one of the amazing woman of our generation that I know. She's a social worker by profession, a motivational speaker, Gender based activist,advocate of self love & all things mental health. We discuss and tackle topics such as: How to be the love you seek, how to practice self love and self care and the importance of seeking counselling when in need of help.
