Before You Quit

 

But how can you tell when quitting is the right thing to do? After all, if you give in every time you feel like throwing in the towel, you'll never get anything done. These four questions can help give you an idea of whether it's time to say goodbye, or keep at it just a little longer.

 1. Why did I start this in the first place?

 You should remind yourself of why you started. Understanding your "why" and examining whether to make a more rational decision on whether they should quit or keep trying.

 2. Why do I feel the need to quit.

 We want to quit something when it makes us unhappy or uncomfortable. In addition to understanding why you took it on in the first place, figuring out why we are thinking of giving up makes it easier to decide what's best.

Make sure you know specify the reason to yourself. So you can ask yourself.. is quitting going to make me happier? Will quitting make you regret it ?

 3. Talk to people.

Reach out to like minded folk, so you can try to see what they went through and how they made it out. Maybe in doing this it will help you tru something you haven't figured out.

 4. Set mile stones.   

Yes goals are a big deal. But you need to make sure the things your attempting are achievable in your current situation. Ask you self is this goal to big ? Maybe creating smaller mile stones to get to that goal will help ease the stress and help you build your confidence.
