S02 E08: Women & Bellydancing (part 2) with Katie Holland

Listen Later

I met Katie through Starseed Business Networking (a free online networking for everyone in the holistic space), she was actually the featured guest speaker the month we met, I was instantly taken with her story and what she was doing in the world, how she was empowering women in such a creative way. So I reached out to her to ask if she'd like to be a guest on my podcast and she said yes! This conversation was so interesting, so deep, I didn't want to edit it down and down so I decided instead to split it into two parts;

PART 1: We dive deep into Katie and Belly Dancing and her journey to get to where she is today with it  &

PART 2: We start with an example of some moves and then we get into the physical and emotional/mental benefits of Bellydancing as a practice.  Hope you enjoy the first part of this interview with the fascinating and inspirational Katie Holland
