theory queery is an independent podcast recorded and produced by ethan and ryan, two longtime pals who proudly identify with the lgbtq+ community. gay men hailing from small, rural towns in montana, ethan and ryan's journeys to queer podcasting started with their meeting in college, supporting each other in the coming out process, and eventually embracing and thriving in the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, et. al. community.
both guys have identified two mutual joys: (1) a fascination with conspiracy theories both sensible and outrageous, and (2) a tendency to slip into catty discourse while discussing virtually anything. their dream for this podcast is primarily to entertain, secondarily to inform, but above all, to increase visibility of the queer community by providing entertaining content that, while not inherently gay, is delivered by proud, outspoken members of the lgbt + family.
