This week, Kooly's greeting is easily guessed by Jimmy and leads onto a conversation about Algeria, soccer and Ramadan. Man City has finished the season top of the premier league soccer table and Melb City also will finish top and earn the "Premier's Plate" in the A-League. The global "City" franchise is discussed and we learn there are more teams than one might have guessed, on several continents. Jimmy's Melbourne Demons are also doing well in the AFL but just suffered their first loss prior to the recording of this podcast. Tommy is heading to his first Yankees game since 2019 on Tuesday against the Bluejays and has been informed he's now located in a vaccinated only section which complicates his plans due to a mate who's not yet had the jab. 12-15 year olds can now get vaccinated in New York so Tommy's boys are booked in. Jimmy informs us that the UK has opened up some travel and there are 12 international destinations now on the "green" list, but not all are your typical tourist hot spots. Tommy shares his road trip to the Preakness Stakes in Baltimore, Maryland and ticks off another couple of US states visited. Jimmy hosts the Eurovision 2021 (London calling) Quiz which is almost a nil-all draw. What Gets Tommy's Goat is poultry related and Kooly's FTA starts off as multiple choice before he decides actually he'd rather choose the toilet story.
