This week on Miami Vice: Crockett accidentally shoots a child during a domestic violence call gone wrong and tries to reconnect with Billy as a result of his guilt. However, Crockett's been distant since they moved up north, how does Billy and his new stepfather feel about this? As Vice continues investigating the gun runners, led by Holiday (Isaac Hayes), they discover some interesting connections between them, the stepfather of the shot boy (played by a scary Ving Rhames), Belgian guns and Chicago.
