In this episode I talk about mindfulness and meditation—two useful practices you should incorporate into your daily life, that will drastically improve your lot.

I talk about what mindfulness/meditation means to me, and I suggest 2 books written by Dan Harris, for the listener to read, that will be relatable to everyone and provide real-world, no bs, techniques to implement.
