In this episode we talk to Matty, Matthew, Gravesy, a man with many names but only one story. With it being exam results season, we decided to bring this episode forward because Gravesy talks about the pressure of school, the issues with failures and how it all became too much for him during University to the point he tried to take his own life. Since then Matty has gone through therapy and now talks about how breaking down complex problems into a "series of simple solutions" is one way he manages his mental health.  We hear him talk about how he manages his mental health but also how he works for the barmy army and all the fundraising and endurance challenges he has taken on for good causes.
