We've probably all heard the advice "fake it til ya make it"... but how realistic and useful is it?
There is a theory known as "the mind body connection" and it basically says that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and our attitudes can positively OR negatively affect our functioning and reality.
If we are faking it in life, though our words are saying one thing, if they are being met by opposing feelings or emotions, and our body is transmitting signals of anxiety etc... there is no alignment and so.... we wont "make it".
What do you do to release these negative, limiting elements? Should you white knuckle it through life?
