There are times in our lives where instead of changing habits we enable them by doing nothing to stop them. In this episode I update you guys on where I'm at in life and what I'm doing while also giving you the encouragement to change. Don't let others hold you back from choosing a better path. If they don't contribute to the good and they're only contributing to the bad it's time for them to go. So move forward and change for the better.
