Julianne, Donna and Nina get together to discuss language and terms that have become more widely accepted in recent years that was not around when they were in their own abusive situations and relationships. They share their own extremely painful experiences; they get incredibly vulnerable and share things that they have not even told one another before. This episode is trauma heavy, there is discussion of sexual trauma, physical abuse, suicidal and homicidal ideations.
