In this episode I am joined by the dynamic Emily Ritter. She discusses her recently concluded first field season in Idaho with Cassia Crossbills, Hairy Woodpeckers, and Lodgepole Pines. She also conducted avian point counts during a season that left her battered and bruised. Additionally, we chat about research with many other amazing birds and mammals including Attwater's Prairie-Chicken, Atlantic Puffin, Black-footed Ferret, and Allegany Woodrat.
