Today we are joined by Duncan Rich, a father, a husband, an artist, a facilitator of somatic men's work, and a co-founder of MELD, a men's wellness company. Duncan shares some personal background and what brought him to working with men and holding space for them. He provides insight into the importance of men's spaces and having male voices in wellness spaces. Together we explore some of the deeper questions and challenges men face today - how to reach men who have been culturally shaped to disconnect from their emotions, what the manosphere is and how it's being co-opted by a wounded masculine archetype, the challenges of defining masculinity, navigating aspirational masculinity, and reclaiming the Noble Father.
