In today's episode we speak to James Wilkinson - a corporate and commercial lawyer, who routinely advises clients on M&A transactions, capital fundraisings, shareholder agreements and general commercial arrangements.

We spoke about James' journey from making major life decisions at 16 to giving up a well paid Corporate London role to move out, take a pay cut and spend more time with his wife and children.  Really ensuring that work fits around family life and giving a good balance of family and work.  Valuing time over money - you can always make more money, but you can't make more time!
