What do you do when you bite off more than you can chew?

Knowing there is a brand new team of dealers eager to learn more about the industry, Brian and Dale feel the need for the first company conference. The only dilemma is that they are still seeking to learn about the artificial turf industry and battle feeling somewhat inadequate to lead a conference.

However, when they put themselves in a position where they need to perform and lead, they are forced to level up and share the knowledge they have gained to serve their people.  

So, when you feel that you have bitten off more than you can chew, it’s time to rise to the occasion and focus on your strengths.
