After a beautiful month I am back to deliver my unhinged wisdom.

This month has been nothing short of beautiful, I’ve been able to spend so much quality time with family & friends spending my days doing the things that make me fall in love with life.

This ep is a little different, as with life, we have to pivot. I’m on the go atm so I’ve have adapted my approach for when I don’t have my laptop & mic.

This time I am recording riverside, (not the platform) literally next to a river, using my phone mic. So the audio quality is a little different but this means we get to appreciate the many nature sounds!
