Carrie Sawyer is the CEO of Diversity by Design where she uses design thinking to help organizations create business practices that lead to equitable outcomes. She's also the founder of Inclusion 1st Project, a non profit that provides a safe space for people to ask and get answers to their most important questions on Antiracism. Carrie plays at the intersection of Design Thinking and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She's dedicating her time and talents to co-creating a more just world where we all can thrive.
