Imagine, as a child, growing up on a staple diet of baked spaghetti.


This was Irma Jennings' childhood. However, something in her was fascinated with food and cooking.


In her early years, she would go into the woods behind her home and play chef making rock and dandelion soup.


After taking cooking classes for decades, a very successful career on Wall Street, and her own health crisis, Irma became a Health Coach who now teaches women that food is the most effective way to prevent many ailments, including bone loss.
