Recording this Livestream was an incredibly painful yet cathartic experience. We speak about some events which triggered a faith crisis response in real time and which we decided to share with our audience. We wanted to demonstrate what processing pain in healthy ways can look like, to show our real lived experience in the moment. We're gritty and raw in this episode and we want to thank all those who have commented, messaged and reach out in many ways to sit with us in our pain. Bless you all so very much!
