Jessie Quirke went through an accelerated period of change recently. One event set off a cascade of changes in every other area of her life. It started with a move, which prompted a breakup, a new puppy, and a podcast launch within a matter of months. She is choosing to view this season this excitement, because she loves surprises. Thanks, Jessie, for always being so open about what it means to seek alignment and live intentionally!
Jessie is a health nut who LOVES animals and the outdoors. Professionally, she is a Certified Integrative Nutritionist and wears a variety of hats in her different businesses.
In 2014, she was in a car accident that served as the catalyst for her health journey. This immune compromising event brought Lyme out of dormancy. Then, in 2017, when she was living and working on a yacht in Mexico, she became very ill from toxic mold. By the end of her time on the boat, she was forgetting names, words, and even where she parked her car in a small parking lot. It got to the point where she actually thought she may die, so she quit with no job lined up, no place to live, and no idea how to get healthy. She traveled around in her car, stayed with friends and family, and even showered at the beach occasionally. Jessie even slept in her car many times during her health journey, but mostly because she loves the idea of van life.
Today, she is Lyme-free, living in a healing environment that she loves in Laguna, going on hikes and beach walks, doing bootcamp and hot yoga on the daily, and going to coffee shops with no makeup (or acne to hide)! Jessie is in a place where she truly loves herself and is excited about life. Her hope is to help anyone else who is struggling to get to this place.
