This was such a healing conversation for me! I loved connecting with Brit about this liminal space as we heal. It seriously felt like holding up a mirror at moments. Cheers to the awkward, brilliant, and beautiful adventure of moving forward and becoming a fully expressed version of YOU.
Brittany Elliott's Lyme and mold journey started seven years ago while living in a moldy beach bungalow in San Diego. She went years being undiagnosed/ misdiagnosed which ultimately led her to become her own doctor.
Over her years of research and treatment, she gravitated to a more holistic lifestyle and treatment which eventually pushed her to try bee venom therapy. The bees have been extremely beneficial to Brit's healing, but she says that she wouldn't be where she is without a positive mindset and the power to heal.
Brit deactivated her former Instagram, @britterbeez.
