Our second guest is Peter Lovell, with 15 years of experience working in the recruitment & talent industry, he is an expert in the field. Peter is a multi award winning talent acquisition leader, with an energetic and passionate approach for selecting top talent.

Peter has a genuine love for his work and it clearly shows, among colleagues he is known for his "positive energy", "incredible knowledge"  and "enthusiasm and happiness".

Peter has worked for gaming companies such as NaturalMotion, Zynga and most notably, Jagex - the creators of Runescape. During his time at Oxford-based NaturalMotion, Lovell helped the studio acquire talent for its two big releases, Dawn of Titans and CSR2.
