The Talent Waste Show is a podcast hosted by The Apprentice winner and CEO of Phoenix51, Lee McQueen. Lee chats to industry leaders to get their take on the challenges in HR, talent and recruitment.
Talent Waste is what happens when you can’t retain employees and they leave. Talent Waste exists for many reasons – poor hiring decisions, bad cultural fit, unconscious bias, insufficient onboarding processes and lack of learning and development pathways. Reducing Talent Waste lowers costs, saves time and assures quality.
The Talent Waste Show is powered by Phoenix51 and is available on YouTube, Spotify and all the major podcast platforms.
